Solar Buckler

The Devils Lair,  is a gritty action/horror that follows a SWAT team that is sent to take out a religious cult but get caught in a deadly game of cat and mouse. 'Zero Dark Thirty' meets 'The Descent' with an air of Aliens. This shoot was an action packed day shoot based in cave in south east London. Our main focus was to use the practical touches to back light and key certain parts of the image. We also had a moveable soft light that I carried for extra fill for the faces. The director and DP wanted it to have a lot of contrast to create this feeling of the swat team being watched.
